This is the first straight Cabernet Franc we have made and testament to the fruit quality in Wrattonbully in 2024. Exhibiting a seductive nose of blackcurrant, tobacco, cedar and even pencil shavings, this is a complex beast. The wine carries beautifully on the palate showing structure, harmony of fruit, tannin and perfectly pitched acidity. Drink with meaty morsels fresh off the BBQ hotplate.
